Geo-Targeting & Keyword Tuning : Case Study #2

In this case study, we used a combination of Geo-location targeting and Keyword tuning, which allowed us to zero in on all of the buyers within a 1KM radius. The Keyword Tuning we used during this case study included buyers who were specific about finding a property within the listed building. These listing ads can tailor to your market, property type or location to serve 3 main goals; To generate additional buyer leads, seller leads and to double-end the transaction.

Ask for more commission in your listing presentation! The digital advertisements below are created using HTML5, which means they move and are interactive. The purpose of these advertisements is to catch the viewer’s attention, which will evidently lead to click-throughs. Once a buyer visits your home sellers listing web page, their computers, laptops and cell phones will be seeing the following ads for the next 90 days. If they didn’t book a showing when they first visited your seller’s web page, they will surely book a showing after they see your sellers listing everywhere they go on the internet. And if they don’t book a showing, surely, you’ve impressed them with your marketing to obtain a new seller lead.

Once a week we download your database so all your leads and past clients will see your brand, everywhere they go on the internet. Don’t have their email? No problem, once a potential lead visits one of your 3 websites Search Realty provides you, their computers, laptops and cell phones will be seeing these ads everywhere they go on the internet.

What is Remarketing?

If you’ve ever gone to the Pottery Barn website and immediately after started seeing Pottery Barn banner ads all over the Internet – that is remarketing. Prospective homebuyers who visit your website will see your banner ads all over the Internet.

Why do Remarketing?

Branding. Clients have told us that homebuyers are much more responsive to phone calls after beginning the remarketing program. The remarketing program improves your brand awareness from homebuyers. They’ve heard of you because they’ve seen your ads.

Where do the ads appear?

All over the Internet. It works through the Google display network so that anywhere Google ads appear your ads could also appear. ALSO, we are now adding Facebook to the mix. If you would like your banners to appear in a homebuyers Facebook news feeds, we will add it at no extra cost.

Who makes the ads?

We do! In our sign-up form, you can upload a photo, upload a logo, add some information about you and your ad is ready for the Internet. This will be followed by a marketing consultation to ensure we’re delivering the right message to your client base. There are 6-9 sizes per ad campaign.

What doesn’t Remarketing do?

Remarketing is not very good for lead generation. That is not its goal. One primary reason is many of the people who are seeing the ads are already your leads.
